摘要
在师范院校选取口齿不清,表达有障碍,性格内向和沉默寡言师范生共293名,采用卡特尔16种个性因素量表进行个性测评,结果显示:1.弱势群体师范生有孤独、冷漠、情感分裂等倾向,在学习和生活中缺乏信心;2.大一的新生适应性问题突出,大二师范生较为急躁,有较大的挫折感;3.弱势群体师范生较多为焦虑、内向、怯懦,情绪更趋于不稳定。因此,师范生弱势群体具有较多的个性弱点,需要给予更多的教育指导和帮助,让其更好的度过大学学习生活,成为个性健全的人。
This paper selected 293 vulnerable groups of students in normal universities, including those with slurring speech,expression obstacle and taciturn, adopting templates of Cartel 16-PersonaliW Questionnaire in 1988.It showed 1.Vulnerable groups of normal college students tend to be lonely showing cold and emotional division ,lack of confidence in learning and fife;2.Adaptation problems are highlighted for freshman,and sophomore is more impatient and depressed.3.Vtflnerable groups of normal college students are more anxious, introverted, timid, and tend to be more unstable. Therefore, vulnerable groups among normal students have more personality weaknesses and they need more guidance and help.
