6种落叶栎类种子形态特征和营养含量之差异 被引量:9

摘要 以6种北方落叶栎类种子为实验材料,对同一生长条件不同落叶栎类种子的形态特征和营养成分含量的差异进行比较。结果表明:不同落叶栎类种子的长度、宽度、体积和种子百粒重以及可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量差异极显著。不同树种落叶栎类种子长度、宽度和体积变化分别为19.01~23.48mm、11.64—17-3Imm和1.54—4.13mL,百粒重平均值为258.90g,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉含量分别为4.48—18.19mg/g、111.325~291.407μg/g和19.323%-31.194%;不同落叶栎类种子百粒重与宽度、体积、宽度,长度呈极显著性的正相关,种子的长度与可溶性糖含量呈显著的正相关。影响落叶栎类种子品质的主要性状是种子的长度、宽度及种子百粒重。 In this study, the seed morphological characteristics and nutrient contents of six deciduous oak species are compared. The results show that, the length, width, volume, 100-seed weight and the content of soluble sugar, starch and protein among the different deciduous oak species are obvious dif- ferent. The length, width and volume of the seeds are 19.01-23.48mm, 11.64-17.31mm and 1.54- 4.13mL, respectively. And the mean 100-seed weight of all deciduous oak species is 258.90g. The contents of the soluble protein, sugar and starch are 4.48-18.19mg/g, 111.325-291.407gg/g and 19.323%-31.194%, respectively. There are obviously positive correlation 100-seed weight and seed width, volume, width/length, and there is obviously positive correlation between soluble sugar and seed length. The results of the principal component analysis show that the main characters effects the seed quality are seed length, width, and 100-seed weight.
