摘要 针对镗削加工过程中,镗杆长径比较大情况下易发生颤振这一问题,对镗杆进行动态特性研究。首先,基于有限元分析工具ANSYS建立有限元模型,完成单元类型的选择、材料常用参数的设置和网格划分等操作;然后,在给定参数条件下,对镗杆进行模态分析,确定其固有频率和振型;最后,根据实际加工施加负载,进行谐响应分析以确定镗杆幅频响应曲线,找到镗杆最大响应幅值对应的频率值。分析结果可为镗削加工中切削参数的选择和镗杆的设计改进提供理论依据。 In order to solve the problem of cutting vibration during the boring processing, the dynamic characteristic analysis of boring bar with large aspect ratio was accomplished. Firstly, the finite element model was developed based on ANSYS, and the operations such as the choice of unit types, the setting of commonly-used parameters for material, and meshing were finished. Secondly, under the condition of given parameters, the model analysis of boring bar was done so that the natural frequency and mode shapes can be determined. Finally, according to the actual cutting processing, the load was imposed on the finite element model and the harmonie response analysis was done to obtain the amplitude-frequency response curves, and then the frequency value, which corresponds to the maximum amplitude, was determined. All the analysis results obtained can provide a theoretical basis for the setting of cutting parameters during the processing and the structure design of boring bar.
