摩擦换向抽油机柔性轮节能改造设计及其疲劳分析

摘要 摩擦换向抽油机是一种机电一体化的高效节能采油设备,针对其频繁换向工作状态下的大冲击,将螺旋弹簧引入摩擦轮,设计出柔性摩擦轮,根据实例验算了其使用寿命,进行了节能分析,旨在减轻冲击,节能降耗,提高整个工作系统的使用寿命,并且根据有限元原理,利用ANSYS软件对主要缓冲机构弹簧实体进行了有限元分析与疲劳计算,为产品的优化设计提供了理论依据及参数指导。 Fiction transfer pumping unit is a high effect oil exploitation unit. This paper pointed to the big impaction under the frequent transfer work state, introduced the screwy spring into the friction wheel, and designed a flexible fiction wheel. Taking the real part as an example, the life of it had been checked and the energy saving effect had been analyzed in order to reduce the impact, save the energy and extend the life of the pumping unit. Furthermore, as a main buffer gear, the spring was analyzed and the life of it was calculated with the aid of software ANSYS based on finite element theory, with which the theoretical rule was provided for later optimum design of the pumping unit.
