基于ANSYS的步履式顶推装置仿真分析

摘要 采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对某公司设计的大桥施工用顶推装置进行了最恶劣工况下的仿真分析。在此工况下采用对称模型来进行仿真计算,在兼顾"效率与精度"前提下,划分了适合仿真分析的网格。根据实际情况,在实际的位置施加了跟实际工况一致的约束与载荷。计算结果表明:滑箱中部应力较小,该区域材料富余,滑箱边沿、滑箱与顶推耳连接处的应力较大,这些区域的等效应力均没超过材料的屈服应力,该设计方案基本可行。 Using the software of finite element method analysis, we carry on simulated analysis for the bridge construction of a company under the worst conditions by pushing device. Under the working condition, we conduct simulated calculation using symmetry model. Divide the grid which is suitable for simulated analysis under the premise of the combination of "efficiency and accuracy". We canT constraint and load which are consistent with the actual working conditions on actual locations according to actual situation. The calculation results show that the stress of middle part of tile sliding box is smaller and the material of this area is richer. At the same time, the stress of the edge of sliding box and the junction between sliding box and pushing ear is bigger. The equivalent stress of these areas doesn't exceed the yield stress of the material. So the design scheme is feasible basically.
