摘要
汽车减速器轴承盖的两孔加工,原生产工艺采用常规工装及加工方法,生产效率低,质量较难保证。通过分析其结构与特点,修改加工方案,对常用立式钻床的主传动链和进给系统进行了改造,并设计专用夹具,既保证了产品的加工品质,又提高数倍的生产效率。
Two hole processing automobile reducer bearing cover, conventional tooling and processing method of the original production process, the production efficiency is low, quality is difficult to guarantee. Through the analysis of its structure and characteristics, processing and modifying scheme, main drive chain and feed system of common vertical drilling machine was reformed, and the design of special fixture, guarantees the processing quality of products, and the production efficiency improved several times.
