摘要
针对底板产品多工位级进模中螺纹加工的工艺特点,从产品成型工艺性入手,设计了级进模和螺纹加工机构,分析了螺纹加工机构的运动过程,提出了设计关键,所设计机构采用挤压方法替代切削加工,减少了加工工序,提高了加工精度和零件表面质量,并在实际生产中得到良好应用。
According to characteristics of machining screw thread bottom product multi-position progressive die of, starting with the product forming process, design of the progressive die and the thread cutting mechanism, analyzes the motion process of thread processing mechanism, puts forward the design key, the design mechanism adopts the extrusion method instead of cutting, reduce the processing procedure, improve the the machining accuracy and surface quality, obtained good application in practical production.
