摘要
根据食品安全法以及广大客户对于番茄酱指标农残的控制要求;一方面番茄机械化收获的推广使番茄季节交售量大,针对原有机采番茄卸料过程中出现的卸料慢、泥石堵沟、原有四级循环水浑浊、成品酱中带沙等问题,对番茄卸料系统进行改造。技改过后,循环水洁净,卸料速度加快,流送沟泥石流减少,大大减少了成品番茄酱的含沙量及霉菌标准,降低水中的污染物富集,达到高端客户的要求。另一方面使番茄生产加工与工业番茄种植"双赢",实现番茄原料均衡有序上市,避免番茄集中成熟上市,造成企业中期番茄原料吃不了,早晚期原料吃不饱的现象。
