机采番茄原料卸料系统的改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据食品安全法以及广大客户对于番茄酱指标农残的控制要求;一方面番茄机械化收获的推广使番茄季节交售量大,针对原有机采番茄卸料过程中出现的卸料慢、泥石堵沟、原有四级循环水浑浊、成品酱中带沙等问题,对番茄卸料系统进行改造。技改过后,循环水洁净,卸料速度加快,流送沟泥石流减少,大大减少了成品番茄酱的含沙量及霉菌标准,降低水中的污染物富集,达到高端客户的要求。另一方面使番茄生产加工与工业番茄种植"双赢",实现番茄原料均衡有序上市,避免番茄集中成熟上市,造成企业中期番茄原料吃不了,早晚期原料吃不饱的现象。 According to the food safety law and the majority of customers for the control indexes of tomato sauce residue requirements; promotion of a tomato harvesting mechanization to tomato season sales volume, the original machine for tomato production during the process of unloading the material discharging slowly, ditch, the original four level cyclic water turbidity, the finished sauce with sand etc. debris blocking, transformation of tomato unloading system. On the other hand the tomato production and processing and industrial tomato planting "win-win", to achieve balanced and orderly tomato raw material market, avoid the tomato mature market, causes the enterprise middle raw tomatoes to eat, sooner or later stages of raw materials have not enough phenomenon.
