血小板微颗粒与急性冠脉综合征 被引量:3

摘要 血小板微颗粒(PMP)是血小板在不同刺激作用下细胞膜脱落所形成的直径小于1.0μm的微粒。循环中PMP水平的增高反映血小板的活化并与血栓相关并发症直接相关。急性冠脉综合征的发生与血小板活化、PMP的释放关系密切。流式细胞仪是PMP定量检测的最常用方法并逐渐得到优化。
