TRPM8与血管张力的调控 被引量：4

摘要 瞬时感受器电位M8(TRPM8)广泛表达于血管平滑肌细胞和血管内皮细胞,可被低于26℃的温度以及薄荷醇和冰片等能够产生"凉爽"作用的化学物质激活。TRPM8的激活参与血管张力的调控,其调控作用受到机体许多活性物质如非Ca2+依赖的磷脂酶A2及自主神经的影响。TRPM8通道的激活对于血管张力的调控效果因基础血管张力状态和自主神经的影响而不同,或收缩或舒张。
