MicroRNA在血小板产生和激活中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是调节蛋白表达的小分子非编码RNA在各种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。最近研究表明,大量的miRNAs如miR-150、miR-155、miR-146a、miR-27a等,在巨核细胞细胞核的分化成熟、巨核细胞胞浆内颗粒脱落形成血小板、血小板成熟并具有活性的过程中发挥重要作用。由于血小板中也具有功能完整的miRNA调控机制,因此某些miRNA在血小板的表达水平与血小板特异性激动以及病理状态的反应性相协调。该文对miRNA在巨核细胞分化和血小板功能中的研究进行概述。
