摘要
目的观察鲤鱼汤对阿霉素肾病(ADRN)大鼠的利尿作用。方法 50只Wistar♂大鼠随机分为正常组(C)、模型组(M)、鲤鱼高剂量组(L1组)、鲤鱼低剂量组(L2组)和厄贝沙坦组(IR组),每组10只。尾静脉单次注射阿霉素(ADR)6.2mg·kg-1建模。模后2W每日灌胃干预,每周检测体重、12h尿量(12h-Uv)及尿蛋白排泄率(12h-Upro)。9W末检测血生化指标,光镜观察肾脏病变。结果与M组相比,L1组大鼠12h尿蛋白浓度(Upc)、BUN、Scr、GSI及TII均显著降低(P<0.05),血TP、Alb、12h-Uv均显著升高(P<0.05)。上述指标,除尿量、尿蛋白浓度外,L1组、L2组、IR组之间差异未达统计学意义。结论鲤鱼汤具有利尿消肿保护肾脏的作用。
Objective To observe the diuretic effect of cyprinus carpio decoction (CCD) on adriamycin nephropathy (ADRN) rats. Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group: control group (C), adriamycin nephropathy group (M), high CCD group (L1), low CCD group (L2) and Irbesartan group (IR). To establish the model, 6.2 mg.kg1 ADR was singly administered through the tail vein of the rats (n = 40). 2 W after ADR injection, rats were vehicle-treated once daily via gastric tube. Body weight, 12 h urine volume (Uv), and 12 h urinary protein excretion (12 h-Upro) were measured weekly. At the 9~ weekend, the serum was isolated to examine blood biochemical parameters and the kidney pathological changes were observed under light microscope. Results Compared with group M, levels of 12 h-Urine protein concentration (12 h-Upc), BUN, Scr, GSI and TII decerased obviously (P〈0.05), whereas TP, Alb and 12 h-Uv increased markedly (P〈0.05) in group L1. Expect for 12 h-Uv and 12 h-Upc, no significant difference about the above parameters had among group L1, L2 and IR. Conclusions CCD has protective effect on ADRN rats via inducing diuresis to reduce edema.
