高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂中补骨脂酚的含量

Determination of Bakuchiol in Fruits of Psoralea Carylifolia by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂中补骨脂酚含量的模式。方法采用高效液相色谱法,依利特色谱柱(Hypersil ODS24.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,在检测波长260nm,测定了补骨脂酚的含量。结果补骨脂酚在0.004312～0.04312mg·mL-1的范围内呈现出良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),该方法平均回收率为99.6%,RSD1.2%。结论本方法简单﹑稳定、准确、重复性好,可用于测定补骨脂中补骨脂酚的含量。

Objective To establish a quantitative method of determination ofbakuchiol in fruits ofpsoralea carylifolia. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on a column （Hypersil ODS2 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm） maintaining at 30 ℃ during the whole process. The mobile phase consisted of methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min1. The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results The linearity ofbakuchiol was in the range of 0.004 312 - 0.043 12 mg.mLl （r = 0.999 9）, the average recovery was 99.6%, the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusions The method is reliable, and can be used for quality control of bakuchiol in fruits ofpsoralea carylifolia.
