鼻内镜术后应用鼻用糖皮质激素及鼻腔冲洗的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of the Intranasal Glucocorticoid and Nasal Irrigation After Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨单纯应用鼻用糖皮质激素及鼻腔冲洗在功能性鼻内镜术后的疗效。方法收集2008年6月至2011年6月在我院行功能性鼻内镜手术,并且术后拒绝口服用药,只应用鼻用糖皮质激素及鼻腔冲洗治疗的32例患者,参照慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉海口会议标准作为疗效评定标准,随访3个月～1年,分析总结其临床疗效。结果 32例患者中,临床治愈18例,10例好转,4例无效。结论对于在鼻内镜手术后不依从口服药物治疗的患者,持续应用鼻用糖皮质激素及鼻腔冲洗治疗亦可取得一定的疗效。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of treatment on the patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery by only applying intranasal glucocorticoid and nasal irrigation. Methods 32 patients underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were selected in this study. All the patients only received the intranasal glucocorticoid and nasal irrigation. All cases were followed up for 3 months to 1 year, and the curative effect evaluated according to the efficiency standard of rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis established in Haikou Conference were smnmarized and analyzed. Results Among 32 patients, 18 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, and 4 cases were ineffective. Conclusions The patients refusing oral premedication after functional endoscopic sinus surgery also can achieve some efficacy by continuously receiving intranasal glucocorticoid and nasal irrigation.
