关节镜监视下微创内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折术后护理的安全问题及对策

Security Problem and Countermeasures of Postoperative Care in Arthroscopic Minimally-Invasive Treatment on Fracture of Tibial Plateau

目的探讨在关节镜监视下微创内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的术后护理的安全问题及对策。方法对30关节镜监视下微创内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折术后患者进行专业护理,严密观察病情,积极预防并发症发生,配合早期系统的康复锻炼。结果 30例病人全部获得随访,骨折均获愈合。结论关节镜监视下微创内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折手术创伤小,愈合快,同时,配合优质术后护理,患者可获得良好的疗效。

Objective To explore the security problems and countermeasures of clinical care after arthroscopic minimally-invasive treatment on fracture of tibial plateau. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of tibial plateau fractures were summarized. The clinical care included professional nursing and carefully observation, cooperate with early rehabilitation exercise. Results After the professional nursing, all patients had satisfactory nursing effect. All cases had follow-up, and bony union was obtained in all the patients. Conclusions Arthroscopic minimally-invasive treatment on fracture of tibial plateau has characteristics of less injury, and quick fracture healing. Combining with great postoperative care, it can achieve better curative effects.
