社区贫困精神病人实施家庭护理干预技术前后服药效果观察

Observation on the Medication Effect Before and After the Application of Family Nursing Intervention in Communal Needy Psychopath

目的探讨对社区精神病人免费服药治疗辅以家庭护理干预技术后的效果。方法通过筛选确定70例免费服药治疗的社区精神病人,对其监护人进行初次、治疗第一年、第二年家庭护理干预技术培训,精神科专业医护人员定期进行随访和效果评估,分别使用了《社区贫困精神病人关爱工程(免费服药)情况评估表》《贫困精神病人免费服药(住院)医疗救助项目康复评估表》。结果家庭护理干预技术培训前后监护人服药管理能力有显著差异(P≤0.01);运用家庭护理干预技术前后社区精神病人服药治疗效果、康复情况及家庭情况均有显著差异(P≤0.01)。结论运用家庭护理干预技术可提高社区精神病人服药治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of free medication combined with family nursing intervention in communal needy psychopath. Methods 70 communal psychopaths were selected for free medication, and their guardians received the training of nursing intervention skills. Psychiatric professional medical staff followed up and evaluated the treatment effect. Results There was significant difference before and after the training in guardians＇ medication management ability （P ≤ 0.01）; The were significant differences before and after the training in psychopaths＇ medication treatment effect, rehabilitation and family situation （P ≤0.01）. Conclusions Family nursing intervention can improve the medication effect in communal psychopath.
