浅谈如何作好神经内科老年人的护理

How to Make Good Work of Neurology Care for Older People

目的我国面临着老龄化的社会,老年人现在已占我国人口总数的11%以上,老年人的脑血管疾病的发病率、复发率、病残率以及病死率都较高。所以,我们要重视老年病人这一个特殊的群体,为他们选择合理的、与其生理及心理特点相应的护理措施。方法选取2007年1月至2012年1月在我院神经内科住院的1120例60岁以上的患有脑血管病的病人,给予神经内科的常规护理结合相应的老年护理的护理措施。结果 1120例患者的治愈率以及恢复率均有所增加。结论应用神经内科临床常规护理和相应的老年护理相联合的护理措施可以大幅度的增加对于老年病人的护理质量,这样对于护理事业的提高和发展有很大的促进意义。

Objective Our country is facing the aging society, the elderly population in China has accounted for more than 11% of the total, and the elderly cerebrovascular disease incidence, recurrence rate, disability rate and fatality rate are high. Therefore, we should pay more attention to elderly patients-this one special group, and choose reasonable nursing measures, which correspond to their physiological and psychological features. Methods 1 120 inpatients （over 60 years old） with cerebral vascular disease in neurology department in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 were selected in this study, and provided the corresponding geriatric nursing care measures combined with routine nursing. Results The cure rate and recovery rate were increased. Conclusions The application of neurology clinical routine nursing combined with corresponding geriatric nursing measures can greatly increase the quality of care for elderly patients, which has great significance to promote the nursing career advancement and development.
