应用循证护理对ICU术后患者实施效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Evidence-Based Nursing Applied in ICU Patients After Surgery

目的探讨循证护理对减少ICU术后患者肠内营养并发症发生及留置导尿管并发症发生的临床效果。方法将本院ICU病房于2010年5月至2011年4月收治的100例患者列为对照组,实施传统护理;将本院ICU病房于2011年5月至2012年4月收治的100例患者列为观察组,实施循证护理。比较两组患者的肠内营养并发症发生率及留置导尿管并发症发生率。结果观察组肠内营养的并发症发生率为6.0%,对照组为24.0%;观察组尿路并发症的发生率为11.0%,对照组为31.0%;两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论应用循证护理可以提高ICU的护理质量,减少肠内营养并发症及留置导尿管并发症的发生,减少患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量,应在ICU护理的临床应用中推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing （EBN） in reducing the enteral nutrition complications and indwelling catheter complications in ICU patients after surgery. Methods 200 patients admitted to ICU from May 2010 to April 2011 were selected as the control group, and received the traditional nursing care. 100 patients admitted to ICU from May 2011 to April 2012 were selected as the observation group, and received the evidence-based nursing, with the implementation procedures of evidence-based problems, evidence-based support, evidence-based observation, and evidence-based application. The incidences of enteral nutrition complications and indwelling catheter complications of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of enteral nutrition complications was 6.0% in the observation group, and 24.0% in the control group; the incidence of indwelling catheter complications was 11.0% in the observation group, and 31.0% in the control group; the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing can improve the nursing quality of ICU, reduce the incidences of enteral nutrition complications and indwelling catheter complications, improve patients＇ life quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
