健康宣教对脑血栓溶栓患者应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨对脑血栓溶栓患者实施健康教育的临床效果。方法:选取脑血栓行溶栓治疗的患者130例,随机分为两组,其中对照组62例,观察组68例,使其有可比性。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行健康教育。对两组患者住院时间、住院费用、干预前后心理状况以及生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组患者住院时间、住院费用以及生活质量量表各因子明显低于对照组;经过护理干预,两组患者SAS、SDS得分与护理干预前相比均有所降低,但观察组患者降低更为明显,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血栓溶栓治疗的患者实施健康教育有利于促进患者康复,可以明显改善患者的预后,在对患者进行健康教育的过程中应选择患者可以理解和接受的方法,循序渐进。 Objective: To. discuss health education for patients with cerebral thrombosis thrombolysis application analysis. Method: 130 cases cerebral thrombosis line thrombolytie therapy patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group had 62 cases, the observe group had 68 cases. The control group patients were implemented routine nursing, the observation group patients based on routine nursing received health education. The hospital time, charge of be in hospital before and after the intervention, psychological status and quality of life of two groups was evaluated. Result: The hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and quality of life scale each factor of observe group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The SAS, SDS score of the two groups after nursing intervention was lower than before the nursing intervention. The difference was statistical significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Health education is helpful to promote cerebral thrombosis thrombolytic therapy patients in rehabilitation, can significantly improve the prognosis. Health education to patients, should choose the method that can be accepted by patient, step by step.
