摘要
为满足灵活多样的数控系统的应用需求,提出了面向应用的柔性可重构数控系统设计方案.重点研究了柔性可重构数控系统的设计模式,采用自顶向下的设计方法,实现柔性可重构数控系统的快速实现方案,并详细阐述了软件设计方案和硬件设计方案中的功能模块组成.
To satisfy the application demand for the versatile and flexible numerical control systems (NCS), this paper proposes the design scheme for the application-oriented flexibly reconfigurable NCS. The design modes are expounded primarily, realizing the fast implementation scheme by adopting the top-down design method. In this paper, the design schemes for both software and hardware of the system are offered, and the functional module constitutions in these two design schemes are detailed.
