花绒寄甲对松褐天牛寄生距离及人工繁殖成虫野外越冬情况 被引量:7

摘要 为了明确花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides对松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus有效寄生距离以及野外越冬花绒寄甲翌年寄生效果,采用在室内设置卵带,距离卵带50,100,150,200,250,300 cm处分别放置松褐天牛幼虫,野外释放花绒寄甲成虫于虫害株下或在虫害株距离地面1.5 m处钉卵卡的方法研究了花绒寄甲对松褐天牛有效寄生距离。野外越冬情况研究采用虫害木野外罩笼释放花绒寄甲成虫和卵卡的方法。结果显示:在室内,花绒寄甲幼虫最远可寄生距离卵带150cm处的松褐天牛幼虫,距离卵带50,100,150 cm处的松褐天牛幼虫平均校正寄生率分别为(68.86±2.71)%,(36.85±7.22)%和(6.15±6.15)%;在野外,释放花绒寄甲卵卡和成虫最远垂直寄生距离分别为7.5和9 m,平均寄生距离分别为3.9和6.4 m。花绒寄甲成虫在安徽省全椒县野外试验地可以顺利越冬,翌年平均校正寄生率可达(62.52±13.74)%。 In order to clarify the parasitic effect of Dastarcus helophoroides on Monochamus alternatus located at different distances away from the parasitoid and the parasitization of the overwintering D. helophoroides on M. alternatus,D, helophoroides eggs were placed 50,100,150,200,250,300 cm away from M. alternatus larvae in the laboratory and D. helophoroides egg-cards and adults were released in the field. The results showed in the laboratory, D. helophoroides larvae could parasitize M. alternatus larvae 150 cm away from the eggs, at the farthest; the average corrected parasitization on M. alternatus larvae 50,100,150 cm away from the eggs was (68.86± 2. 71 ) %, (36. 85±7.22) % and ( 6. 15 ± 6. 15)% respectively. In the field,the farthest vertical parasitic distance was 7.5 m and 9 m by releasing egg cards and adults. D. helophoroides adults could successfully overwinter in the field and the average corrected parasitization was up to (62. 52 ± 13.74)% the next year.
