摘要
在体外预应力CFRP混凝土箱梁抗弯试验研究的基础上,运用大型结构分析软件ANSYS对试验结果进行全过程有限元数值分析,得到的开裂荷载、极限荷载以及荷载-挠度曲线与试验结果吻合较好,从而验证了ANSYS软件模拟体外预应力CFRP混凝土箱梁试验的可行性.在此基础上重点分析了各级荷载下体外预应力CFRP筋应力增量的发展规律以及箱梁整体应力分布情况,为此类箱型截面设计提供了一定的参考.
Based on the experiment of flexural behavior of box girder prestressed with external CFRP ten- dons, whole process finite element numerical simulation of the test results are analyzed in this paper utilizing the large structure analysing program ANSYS, the cracking load, ultimate load, and the load-deflection curves get from the analysis agree well with experimental ones, it proved the feasibility that ANSYS can simulate the experiment of box girder prestressed with external CFRP tendons. On the basis of the simula- tion mainly analyzed the regularities of stress increment variation of the external prestressing tendons and the global stress distribution of the box girder under different load levels, which can be referenced in the sim- ilar box section design.
