摘要
澳大利亚是煤层气商业化开发较成功的国家,其煤层气开发技术特别是地面工程技术已经成熟。对澳大利亚Surat和Bowen盆地典型煤层气田地面工程主要工艺技术进行了分析,从气田总体布局、主要工艺流程、设备及材料选择、动力与自动控制、采出水处理等方面介绍了相应的技术特点,并与我国山西沁水、保德及陕西韩城煤层气田开发地面工程技术进行了对比,分析了他们之间的差距和不同,并提出了建议。期望为我国煤层气田开发地面工程技术的发展提供借鉴和参考。
Commercial exploitation of the coal bed methane was successful in Australia,and the engineering technology on surface facilities was already mature.The main technologies of typical coal bed methane field in Surat basin and Bowen basin,in the aspects of overall arrangement,main process,equipments and materials selection,power and automatic control,and produced water treatment were analyzed.The technologies in Australia and the coal bed methane fields of Qinshui and Baode in Shanxi province,and Hancheng in Shaanxi province in China were compared,and the variance between two countries was analyzed,suggestions were also put forward.It would provide reference and consult for the exploitation of the coal bed methane field in China.
