摘要 长庆油田地处鄂尔多斯盆地,是典型的低渗、低压、低丰度的"三低"油气藏,具有多井低产、滚动开发、点多面广、地形复杂的典型特点。长庆油田地面工艺技术优化简化的重要手段是一体化集成装置的研发和应用。介绍了一体化集成装置替代中小型站场和大型站场内的复杂工艺单元,通过引进购置或研发高效设备,以完善的安全设计及优化集成,用数字化集成技术提升装置性能等措施,使一体化集成装置安全可靠,达到了节约用地、节省投资、工厂预制、建设迅速、运维方便、调用灵活的目的,适应了长庆油田快速上产、高效开发和现代化管理的需求。 Changqing Oilfield was located in Ordos basin with low permeability,low pressure,and low abundance oil and gas reservoirs.After being researched and applied for years,the integrated skid mounted supercharging unit was proved to be effective in the optimization and simplification of the process in Changqing Oilfield.The integrated skid mounted supercharging unit would be substituted for a small or medium supercharging station,or a complex process unit in a large station.In order to guarantee the safe and reliable operation,advanced devices either by independent research and development or by import were adopted,and the digital integration technology was adopted to improve the performance.With less land,lower cost,and shorter construction period,the integrated skid mounted supercharging unit was easy to operate,maintain,and transfer.It would meet the requirements of increasing production,efficient development,and modern management.
