摘要
采用裂区试验,研究不同施氮水平下多效唑对甘薯叶片生理特性和产量的影响。结果表明,甘薯产量主要取决于高叶面积持续期和干物质积累量。与甘薯叶片氮代谢相关的生理指标具固有的变化趋势,处理间差异不显著。甘薯生产中以120kg.hm-2施氮量和100mg.kg-1多效唑配合施用为宜。
In order to increase yield of sweet potato, and settle the contradiction between the higher yield and excessive growth of aboveground resulted from superfluous N-application, the field experi- ment was conducted to study the physiological effects of PP333 at different N-application levels on sweetpotato. The split-plot design was adapted in this study. The results showed that the yield of sweetpotato was mainly determined by both higher leaf area duration and dry matter accumulation. The nitrogen metabolism physiological indexes of leaf in sweetpotato had inherent trend, and there was no significant difference among treatments. In sweetpotato production, the recommended applica- tion rates of N and PPa33 were 120 kg·hm-2 and 100 mg·kg-1 , respectively.
