南京都市圈建设中的合作与博弈分析

Cooperation game analysis on the construction of Nanjing metropolitan area

认为区域经济关系主要体现为合作和冲突两个方面,减少冲突,加大合作是推进都市圈建设的基础。以南京都市圈为实证,基于博弈论视角,分析了各城市间的合作与冲突关系,认为"囚徒困境"博弈是目前都市圈建设中的主要掣肘,而根据"智猪博弈"模型,通过各城市间的合作博弈是获得都市圈共赢发展的有效路径。在此基础上,以核心城市南京以及其他中心城市为博弈方,构建了两个成员的合作博弈模型,进而探讨了实现南京都市圈区域经济整合与合作的现实路径。

Cooperation and conflict are two major as- pects of regional economic relationship. To reduce conflicts to enhance cooperation is the basis of promoting the construction of metropolitan area. Taking the Nanjing metropolitan area for ex- ample, this essay analyzes the cooperation and conflicts among the cities based on the game theory. It is concluded that the ＂prisoner＇ s dilemma＂ game is the main constraint on the devel- opment of Nanjing metropolitan area, and the ＂ pigs＇ payoffs＂ game is the effective path for the win - win development of met- ropolitan area. Accordingly, the cooperation game model of Nan- jing metropolitan area is structured, then the realistic paths to a- chieve the regional economic integration and cooperation in Nan- ring metropolitan are put forward.
