摘要
医院行政总值班是医院管理中重要的环节。文章分析了行政总值班的工作内涵、职能特征、容易出现的缺陷和问题等,结合我院行政总值班的工作实践,提出了持续改进行政总值班管理质效的可行性方法。对健全、完善医院行政总值班制度,提高医院整体管理水平提供参考。
The hospital administration duty system is one of the most important part of hospital management. Combining the experience of our hospital management, this article analyses the connotation, functional characteristics, prone to defects and prob- lems of the hospital administration duty system, and put forward plans of the continuous improvement. This article is aimed at im- proving and perfecting the management quality and efficiency of hospital administration duty system.
