摘要
大量新书滞架而造成了资源浪费,是当前图书馆最急需解决的问题。读者决策采购是一种解决纸质图书滞架问题的良好办法。本文论述了对纸质图书引入读者决策采购的必要性、工作流程和措施,以期达到最终使读者满意的目的。
The waste of resources cause by the sluggish new books on the shelves is the most serious problem in libraries at present. The Patron-driv- en Acquisition is a good acquisition method to solve the problem, but it is hard to be implemented because it would bring some pecuniary loss to the book providers. If the publishers and the libraries can overcome the difficulties and find a good scheme to implement the PDA for paper books , they can then not only avoid the waste of resources but also make a far-reaching influence to the book industry and market.
