摘要 “健康与长寿”是人类永恒的主题。生命科学在揭示衰老机理和干预衰老进程上取得不少进展,也留下许多有待探索的课题。综合多种指标与多重途径的探讨思路,是今后取得防病抗衰老进展之关键。 Aging,a common natural phenomenon of all the organisms,has always been a hot topic in life science research.The mechanism of aging is extremely complicated,involving genetic and environmental factors,as well as their interaction.This paper will make a review of recent research progress of aging with a focus on the research model selection,biomarkers,the mechanisms,and intervention strategies of aging process.
