摘要
高光谱成像技术集成了计算机成像技术和光谱技术的优势,能够在连续空间内同时获得被测物的光谱信息和图像信息,可对农产品内外部品质进行可视化研究。尽管高光谱成像技术起源于高空遥感,但近几年仍以高效快速的检测分析方法出现在农产品无损检测领域,成为该领域重要研究方向。为此,对高光谱成像技术的原理特点以及其成像技术在农产品无损检测中应用的最新研究进展进行了综述,分析总结了国内外高光谱成像技术在农产品品质无损检测发展中存在的问题以及应用前景,以期该技术在我国农产品品质无损检测领域中发挥更大的作用。
Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) technology integrats trum, which can obtain synchronously spectrum information in the advantages of machine vision with near infared spec- continuous space, it can research visually to the internal and external quality of agricultural products. Although HSI was originally developed for remote sensing, it has re- cently emerged as a quick and efficient the detection of the method for non-destructive product analysis and detection, which is an important research direction in this field. This paper provides an introduction to the principles and features of HSI technology and the latest research progress in the non-destructive detection of agricultural product using HIS technology. Application prospects and existing problems of HSI for detection the qualities of agricultural product were studied and summarized at home and aboard. So as to the method can play a bigger role for in field of non-destructive detection of agricultural product in our nation.
