摘要
为了解决山地小型玉米播种机机架在播种过程中产生复杂振动变形而影响播种株距均匀性的问题,以自主研发的2BFQ-2型山地小型玉米播种机为研究对象,基于UGNX7.5建立机架的三维模型和有限元模型,应用NASTRAN求解器分析机架的各阶模态,计算出机架的固有频率、总振幅和主振型,并输出各阶频率位移云图。研究结果为机架后续的设计和减振分析提供了理论基础,对提高播种株距的均匀性和稳态播种具有重要的理论意义。
The frame of mountain miniature corn seeder has complex vibration deformation issues while sowing , and this issue will seriously decrease the uniformity of plant spacing . To solve this problem the article take the 2BFQ-2 mountain miniature corn seeder, independently developed by our institution, as the research object, set up 3D model and finite element model of the frame based on UGNX7.5 , and next do finite element modal analysis to the frame by application of NASTRAN solver , finally analyze the natural frequency , the total amplitude and the main vibration mode , and then out- put displacement of the cloud picture of each natural frequency . The results of this study provide the theoretical basis for frame subsequent designation and vibration reduction , and this is important to enhancing the uniformity of plant spacing and the sowing stability.
