摘要
土壤采样技术是精准农业规模化的必要基础,而土壤采样装备日趋多元化。为了更好地开展土壤采样工作,在分析中科院水保所土壤采样器的基础上,结合现有电动螺旋压力机传动形式,将原有采集器由重力锤击式改为螺旋传动与齿轮传动相结合,从而实现了手动操作到电机驱动的转变,既省时又省力。为完善采集工作,在刮土清理和定位方式上加以改进,提高了整机工作可靠性。分析了设计过程中遇到的结构问题,并进行讨论,从而为土壤采样器相关结构改进工作提供参考。
Soil sampling techniques is necessary foundation in the implementation of precision agriculture,and soil sampling equipment have become more diversified.In order to make colleges and universities carry out soil sampling better,the design based on the analysis of the existing soil sampler developed by Institute of Soil and Water Conservation,CASMWR,combined with the existing electric screw press transmission form,try to change the original the Gravity Hammer type into spiral transmission and gear transmission combination,so as to realize the manual to the motor drive,making contribution to the operation time-saving and labor-saving.In order to improve the sampling,there scraping the soil,collection and positioning are developing,which improve the system reliability.After the success of the trial,the design provides an optional equipment for professional experiment and research in agriculture and forestry field.Step through the design,the structural problems encountered in the design process is presented and discussed to provide a reference for the structural improvements of the soil sampling work.
