摘要
设计了气动播种机工作状态参数的两种显示方式,即图形图标和柱状图标显示方式,通过实验来比较两种显示方式的识别效果。结果表明,图形图标和柱状图标的平均识别时间分别为2.10和2.26s。在7个工作参数中,播种深度、风扇转速、车速和种子量这4个参数的图形图标显示比柱状图标显示的平均识别时间短,平均差值是0.36s;而播种率、畅通性和犁刀压力的柱状图标显示比图形图标显示的识别时间短,平均差值是0.10 s。两种显示方式在3个阶段的识别过程中平均识别时间和识别错误量都逐步下降,柱状图标识别时间比图形图标识别时间下降得快,且柱状图标识别错误量的下降比图形图标识别错误量的下降更明显。
This paper designs a display of operating parameters on air seeder which is in pictorial and symbolic forms. An experiment was conducted to compare the recognition effect of two displays, which showed the average recognition time with pictorial and symbolic displays was 2.10s and 2.26s, respectively. The pictorial display of seeding depth, fan rpm, forward speed and tank level resulted in a shorter recognition time compared to the symbolic display and the average difference is 0.36s. While for the remaining 3 parameters, symbolic display resulted in a shorter recognition time com- pared to the pictorial display and the average difference is 0.10s. Results of the experiment also indicated that the average recognition time and recognition error of pictorial and symbolic display in the three stages of recognition gradually de- creased. And the reduction of recognition time and error with symbolic display is further more than the pictorial display.
