摘要
以Na2HPO4.12H2O为原材料,通过加入KCl降低熔点,同时加入成核剂与稳定剂制备出适于温室应用的磷酸氢二钠蓄热体系。通过熔解冷却循环与差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试其过冷度与潜热变化,结果显示:20 g Na2HPO4·12H2O+1.6 gKCl+1.2 g硅酸钠+0.4 g石墨使过冷现象消除,熔化温度在21.7℃,凝固温度在25℃,潜热密度为166.9 J/g,性能稳定,对于温室生产上来说是一种很好的无机盐蓄热材料。
A kind of inorganic salt thermal storage material is made of Na2HPO4·12H2O and different proportion of KCl for greenhouse production and its performance is improved by adding nucleating agentand stabilizer.Cooling curve and differential scaning calorimetry(DSC) are employed to analyze the thermal storage material.The results show that the proportion of 20g Na2HPO4·12H2O+1.6g KCl+1.2g sodium silicate+0.4g graphite undercooling phenomenon is eliminated,the melting temperature is 21.7℃,the solidification temperature is 25℃,the latent heat density is 166.9J/g and it is a good inorganic salt heat storage materials for greenhouse production.
