摘要
根据动量守恒原理,设计了一种平板法喷油速率测试系统,可用于喷油器单个喷孔喷油速率的测量。为检验该系统的准确性,对油泵试验台上同一套燃油喷射系统用平板法与Bosch长管法进行喷油速率的试验对比。在改变启喷压力与喷油量的情况下,将两种方法的喷油速率曲线、单次累积喷油量与实测值做对比分析,计算得到平板法的相对测量误差μ≤4.5%,长管法的相对测量误差μ≤3.6%。因此,平板法的测量结果准确度较好,接近于长管法。
According to the principle of momentum conservation, a new test rig for fuel injection rate based on the flat plate is designed, and it can be used for the measurement of fuel injection rate of single nozzle. To examine the accuracy of the system, the measurement of results of fiat plate and Bosch tube method are contrasted with operating on the same injection system of the test bench . Comparison and analysis of fuel injection rate curve and accumulated fuel quality and measuring of actual values from the both methods in the case of different injection starting pressure and different fuel quality, the relative measurement error of fiat plate is less than 4.5% and Bosch tube method is less than 3.6%. Thus, the accuracy of results from fiat plate is better and close to the Bosch tube method.
