摘要
目的探讨MS患者血清Apelin与血糖、血压的关系。方法将132例研究对象分为MS组69例和糖耐量正常(NGT)组63名;MS组再分为T2DM组35例和IGR组34例,NGT组按BMI分为超重/肥胖(Ob)组33例与正常对照(NC)组30名。计算BMI,测定空腹Apelin、血糖、血压、血脂、FIns。结果 MS组Apelin、FIns、ln(HOMA-IR)、SBP均高于NGT组(P<0.05)。FPG、SBP和BMI是Apelin的独立相关因素(r2分别为0.429、0.315、0.253,P均<0.01)。结论 MS患者血清Apelin水平升高,与SBP、FPG、2hPG、FIns和HOMA-IR独立相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum apelin level with blood glucose and hypertension in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods The 132 subjects were given the oral glucose tolerance test, then they were divided into MS group, 69 patients in it, and normal glucose regulation (NGR) group, 63 subjects in it. The former was subdivided into diagnosed T2DM (MS1) group (35 cases) and impaired glucose tolerance (MS2) group (34 cases), while the latter was subdivided into overweight/obesity group (33 cases) and normal control (NC) group (30 cases) according to BMI. The fasting serum apelin was measured by ELISA. Meanwhile, the FIns, blood pressure, blood glucose, and lipid profile were also measured, and BMI calculated. Results The level of apelin, FIns, ln (HOMA-IR), and SBP in the MS group was significantly higher than in the NGR group (all P〈0.05). In a multiple step-wise regression analysis, the finding was that FPG, SBP, and BMI were the independent factors related to apelin (r2=0.429, r2=0.315, r2=0.253, all P〈0.01). Conclusion The increased serum apelin level is closely related to hypertension of MS patients. It may be the result of the increased insulin resistance caused by obesity accompanied with glycolipide metabolic disorders.
