摘要
针对于目前国内采棉机技术核心机构—采摘机构,均引进国外产品而没有根据新疆棉花的种植模式对摘锭的运动轨迹进行规划和摘锭在运动轨迹特性研究,提出利用Matlab软件对摘锭在轨迹上初始角位移进行确定,并利用SolidWorks建立采摘机构的实体模型并导入ADAMS,运用ADAMS多体动力学分析软件对摘锭在采摘轨迹进行运行学特性分析,分析结果表明,摘锭在其运动轨迹上能够按照新疆的棉花的种植模式把棉花顺利的采摘下来。
According to the currnt domestic cotton picker technology core mechanism--picking mechanism are introduction of foreign products without according to Xinjiang cotton planting modes on the spindle motion trajectory planning and the spindle in the trajectory characteristics of research. Using Matlab software to determine the initial angular displacement of the spindle track is proposed, and by using of SolidWorks, the picking mechanism entity model is established and imported into the ADAMS. By using muhibody dynamics analysis software ADAMS, motion characteristics analysis of spindle picking track is carried out, the analysis results show that the spindle trajectory in accordance with Xinjiang cotton planting pattern of picking off the cotton smoothly.
