摘要
设计的恒转矩联轴器是一种非标联轴器,当该联轴器在主动轴与从动轴间传递的转矩值超过联轴器的允许力矩上限时,将存在滑差运行方式,当传递的力矩小于允许力矩上限时,两轴间不存在滑差。该联轴器与电磁离合器串联使用可妥善解决发动机带载启动问题,以及存在机械传动联接的驱动问题。
This designed constant torque coupling is a nonstandard coupling, when the coupling allows the torque limit between drive shaft and the driven shaft torque value is passed, the coupling will be slipping, when below allows, there is no slipping between the two shafts. Concatenated with electromagnetic clutch, the coupling problem of engine start with load can be resolved, as well as the driving problem of mechanical connection.
