摘要
通过对减速机各工作过程载荷分析研究,提出了一种简单实用的现场实测载荷方案与载荷计算方法,方便地得到了减速机各工作过程实测载荷数据和载荷曲线;得出了快速搅拌过程和反转卸料过程载荷对减速机的影响较大的结论,并对实测载荷数据进行处理与计算后得到了需要的载荷谱和设计载荷,为自主研制的10 m3混凝土搅拌车专用减速机提供了载荷理论依据。
Base on the load analysis research of the reducer working process, a simple and practical method of field measuring operation load and load calculation is mentioned. According to the method, the load data and load curve can be easily obtained. A conclusion that the rapid mixing process load and reverse discharging load process have a great influence on the reducer is obtained. After the actual load data processing and calculation, the design load and load spectrum is obtained, the load theoretical basis for independent development of 10 m^3 concrete mixer truck special reducer is provided.
