论文化大发展大繁荣进程中的文化民生建设——四川加强文化民生建设的实践探索与新的思考

The Cultural Construction of People’s Livelihood in the Process of Promoting Vigorous Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture——Practice Exploration and Thinking of Strengthening the Construction of the Cultural People’s Livelihood of Sichuan

本文从理论与实践结合的角度,总结归纳了近年来四川文化民生建设的基本特征,提出必须把文化民生建设放在更加突出的地位,更加重视文化发展的协调性,更加强调文化建设的科学性,更加提高文化保障的有效性,认真研究和切实解决文化民生建设的重大问题,并就重视文化民生建设的思路、方法、路径、举措等十个方面的重大理论和实践问题提出了新的思考路径。

From the Angle of combining theory and practice of Sichuan province in recent years,this article summarizes the basic characteristics of the culture construction of the people’s livelihood,proposes cultural construction of people’s livelihood in the prominent position,and pays more attention to cultural coordination of development,more emphasis on cultural construction is scientific,more to improve the effectiveness of cultural security,serious study and to solve important problems in the construction of the cultural people’s livelihood.For people’s livelihood construction must pay attention to culture the idea,method,path,measures such as ten aspects of the important theory and practice problems puts forward a new thinking path.
