摘要 组蛋白的乙酰化和脱乙酰化在调节基因表达方面起着重要作用,并且组蛋白脱乙酰化酶(histone deacety—lases。HDACs)和组蛋白乙酰转移酶(histone acetylases,HATs)的活性与肿瘤发生有关,组蛋白脱乙酰化酶抑制剂(histone deacetylase inhibitors,HDACi)可以抑制HDACs,促进组蛋白乙酰化,调节染色质结构和基因转录,被用于实体瘤和血液肿瘤的靶向治疗,成为研究的热点之一。 The acetylation and deacetylation of histone play an important role in the regulation of gene. The activation of histone deaeetylases and histone aeetylases is related to malignancies. Histone deacetylase inhibitors can restrain HDACs, promote acetylation of histone and regulate chromatin structure and gene transcription. Solid tumors and hematopoietie malignancies can be treaded by his- tone deaeetylase inhibitors.
