摘要
针对K黄金在铸造过程中遇到的表面疏松、氧化夹杂、晶粒粗大等问题,研究配制了一种18K黄色金合金,并检测了其铸造性能。试验结果表明,通过多元合金化、合适的成分配比及熔铸工艺等途径,该黄色金合金的流动性好,晶粒细小,组织致密,氧化夹杂少,不易产生缩孔(松)和裂纹,表现出优良的铸造性能,适合用作铸造工艺饰品材料。
On account of such problems occurring in the casting process as shrinkage porosity,oxide inclusions,coarse grains,an 18K yellow gold alloy was developed and its castability was evaluated.The results show that through the multiple alloying,the appropriate component matching and casting process,the experimental 18K yellow gold alloy has excellent liquidity,fine grain,high density and few oxide inclusions,and it is not easy to form shrinkage porosity or crack.Therefore,the alloy has excellent casting performance and is suitable for jewelry casting materials.
