摘要
对泉山金矿氰化尾矿进行了焙烧预处理—超声波强化硫脲浸金试验研究。其结果表明:该尾矿经焙烧后硫脲浸出,金的最高浸出率比未焙烧时提高了45.12%;尾矿焙烧后再经超声波强化硫脲浸出,金的最高浸出率进一步提高了9.6%,达到77.5%,且大大缩短了浸出时间,提高了浸金效率。
Experimental study on cyanide tailings roasting-ultrasonic wave enhanced gold extraction using thiourea in Quanshan gold mine was conducted.The results showed that with tailings roasted and leached by thiourea,the highest gold leaching rate was increased by 45.12 % compared to that before roasting.After roasting,the concentrates are leached by ultrasonic wave enhanced thiourea,which made the leach rate further increased by 9.6 %,reaching 77.5 % and greatly reduced the leaching time improving the leaching efficiency.
