摘要
采用"水解酸化+接触氧化+潜流湿地组合工艺"处理广西某厂牛仔裤洗涤工艺过程中产生的工业废水(文中称洗水废水)。研究结果表明,水解酸化+接触氧化+潜流湿地组合工艺对COD和色度均有很好的去除效果。通过厌氧和好氧阶段的处理,出水中的COD和色度分别为71 mg.L-1和31倍,平均去除率分别达到了85%和87%。再进一步经过潜流湿地处理后,COD和色度可进一步降低至34 mg.L-1和15倍,总平均去除率分别达到了93%和94%。其中水解酸化池的运行使废水的可生化性得到提高,可使BOD5/CODCr(简称B/C)由原来的0.22提高到0.44,为后续工艺的有效处理提供了保证。处理工艺最终出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002一级B标准。
Hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation and subsurface flow wetland combined process is applied to treat denim clothes washing wastewater of Guangxi province. The result of experiments shows that this combined process can remove COD and chroma effectively. Effluent COD concentration and removal efficiency of anaerobic and aerobic process is 71 mg. L^-1 and 85% , and chroma is 31 times and 87% respectively. Effluent COD concentration and removal efficiency of subsurface flow wetland process is 34 mg.L^-1 and 93%, and chroma is 15 times and 94% respectively. Hydrolytic acidification tank can improve the biodegradability of this kind of wastewater, and change the ratio of BODJCODcr (B/C) from 0.22 to 0.44, which is beneficial to the following processes. The effluent of the whole process meet the first class B standard of GB18918 -2002 (Discharge standard for municipal sewage treatment plant).
