脱脂麦胚乙醇提取物对饲喂高脂日粮小鼠抗氧化能力和血脂代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ethanol extract of defatted wheat germ on antioxidant activity and serum lipid metabolism of rats fed with high-fat diet

摘要 研究了脱脂麦胚50%和70%乙醇提取物对饲喂高脂日粮小鼠抗氧化能力和血脂代谢的影响。选取60只4周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠,按体重随机分成6组,分别是正常组、高脂组、低剂量50%醇提组、高剂量50%醇提组、低剂量70%醇提组和高剂量70%醇提组。结果表明:在高脂日粮中添加脱脂麦胚50%醇提物和70%醇提物均能够显著提高小鼠各组织中总抗氧化能力以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等抗氧化酶的活性,降低丙二醛含量;醇提物的添加可以有效提高小鼠机体血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。脱脂麦胚50%醇提物和70%醇提物可以改善饲喂高脂日粮对小鼠机体产生的不良影响,能够有效地缓解氧化应激和调节血脂代谢,呈现了降脂和抗氧化活性。 The effects of 50% ethanol extract (SDWGEE) and 70% ethanol extract (7DWGEE) of defat- ted wheat germ on antioxidant activity and serum lipid metabolism of rats fed with high - fat diet were studied. Sixty male C57BL/6 rats of four week age were randomly divided into six groups. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the other five groups were fed with high - fat diet, high - fat diet and 2% 5DWGEE, high - fat diet and 6% 5DWGEE, high - fat diet and 2% 7DWGEE, and high - fat diet and 6% 7DWGEE, respectively. The results showed that comparing with the control group, both 5DWGEE group and 7DWGEE group could remarkably enhance the antioxidant capacity of rats, improve the activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase, and decrease the content of MDA. In addition,oral administration of 5DWGEE and 7DWGEE to rats could effectively decrease the levels of serum total cholesterol, triacylglycerols, low - density lipoprotein - cholesterol, and increase the level of serum high - density lipoprotein - cholesterol. The supplements of 5DWGEE and 7DWGEE could effectively enhance antioxidant activity, relieve oxidative stress caused by high -fat diet and improve ser- um lipid metabolism.
