油茶籽及油茶饼中黄曲霉毒素污染研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过从生产企业取样、实验室培养等方式研究探讨了油茶籽及油茶饼中黄曲霉毒素污染的风险。初步分析,在目前油茶籽冬季收果,冬、春季节集中加工的情况下,油茶籽及油茶饼受到黄曲霉毒素污染的几率较小。经过人工接种培养7、14 d和21 d,油茶饼中检测到黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的含量分别为1.7、3.6μg/kg和9.9μg/kg,而油茶籽仁中AFB1的含量分别为2.6、1.8μg/kg和低于检出限0.2μg/kg,说明在湿热气候条件下,油茶籽可以被黄曲霉所感染。这为高温季节油茶籽及油茶饼的安全贮存和生产安全提供了警示。 Through sampling from enterprises and culturing in laboratory, the risks of aflatoxins contami- nation in oil - tea camellia seed and its cake were studied. The results showed that the risk of contamina- tion of aflatoxins was low, when oil - tea camellia seed was harvested in winter and processed in winter and spring. After artificial inoculation and culturing for 7, 14 d and 21 d, the contents of aflatoxin B1 in oil - tea camellia seed cake were 1.7, 3.6μg/kg and 9.9μg/kg, respectively, while they were 2. 6, 1. 8μg/kg and below the detection limit of 0. 2 μg/kg in oil - tea camellia seed kernel, respectively. The results indicated that oil - tea camellia seed could be contaminated by aflatoxins under hot and humid climate conditions. It provided a warning for safe storage and process of oil - tea camellia seed and its cake in high temperature seasons.
