针刺治疗不同证型原发性痛经疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察针刺治疗不同证型原发性痛经的临床疗效,并比较其差异。方法将90例原发性痛经患者随机分为寒凝血瘀组、气滞血瘀组和气血亏虚组,每组30例。所有患者采用针刺关元、足三里(双)、三阴交(双)治疗。比较各组疗效。结果 3组患者治疗后疼痛症状积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后疼痛症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。寒凝血瘀组总有效率为96.7%,气滞血瘀组为93.3%,气血亏虚组为100.0%,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺治疗不同证型原发性痛经均有效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating different syndrome types of primary dysmenorrhea and compare the differences. Method Ninety patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into cold-retention and blood-stagnation group, qi-blood stagnation group, and qi-blood deficiency group, 30 in each group. Every subject in the study received acupuncture by selecting Guanyuan (CV 4), bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6). Clinical efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in cold-retention and blood-stagnation group, versus 93.3% in qi-blood stagnation group and 100.0% in qi-blood deficiency group, and the inter-group differences were statistically insignificant (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture is effective for different syndrome types of primary dysmenorrhea.
