输刺颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Supreme Deep-Needling at Cervical Jiaji Points (EX-B 2) for Cervical Spondylosis of Neck Type

目的观察输刺颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用输刺颈夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用常规针刺颈夹脊穴治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后症状和体征改变情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛积分及颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)各项评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后疼痛积分差值及治疗后CASCS各项评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输刺颈夹脊穴是一种治疗颈型颈椎病的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of supreme deep-needling at cervical Jiaji points （EX-B 2） in treating cervical spondylosis of neck type. Method Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of neck type were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by supreme deep-needling at cervical Jiaji points （EX-B 2）, and the control group was by ordinary needling at cervical Jiaji points （EX-B 2）. Symptoms and signs were evaluated and compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 76.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Inner-group comparison of pain score and component scores of clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis （CASCS） showed significant differences in both groups after treatment （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in comparing the change of pain score and CASCS component scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Supreme deep-needling at cervical Jiaji points （EX-B 2） is an effective approach in treating cervical spondylosis of neck type.
