优质多抗草莓新品种——‘通生1号’的选育

‘Tongsheng 1’,a new strawberry cultivar with high quality and multi resistance

‘通生1号’草莓由‘绿叶东方草莓’花瓣离体培养,在愈伤组织分化的再生植株中发现的优良性状突变体。该品种丰产、抗性强、商品果率高。果实圆形,果形整齐,鲜红色,平均单果质量44.5 g,最大62.40 g。可溶性固形物含量为9.94%,总糖6.53%,总酸0.57%,维生素C 0.83 mg.g-1,果实硬度为2.16 kg.cm-2。耐贮运,具有较强的抗白粉病、灰霉病、抗寒和抗旱能力,该品种适应吉林省气温较低的东部地区栽培。

＇Tongsheng 1＇ is a new strawberry cultivar variation from the petals of Fragaria orientalis Lozinsk. var. concolor （Kitag.） Liou et C. Y. Li. It has high yield, stronger resistance and high commodity fruit rate. The fruit is roundish, cone- shaped and bright red.The average fruit weight is 44.5 g,and the maximum is 62.4 g. It has 9.94% soluble solids , 6.53% to- tal sugar content, 0.57% total acid content, 0.83 mg. g-i vitamin C content, and 2.16 kg. cm-2 firmness. It is tolerant to stor- age and transport, resistant to powdery mildew, botrytis cinerea, cold weather, and drought. The cultivar is suitable for culti- vation under the low temperature in the east of Jilin.
