基层图书馆应用社区资源的实践与效益——以深圳市盐田区沙头角图书馆为例

以深圳市沙头角图书馆为例,阐述了乡镇、街道等基层公共图书馆在人、财、物缺乏的条件下,如何通过了解社区环境及特色,发掘文化资源、机构资源、人力资源、自然资源等各类社区资源,主动出击经营社区关系,以互利合作等方式,实现图书馆及社区的资源共享与双赢。

Taking Sha Tau Kok Library which is located in Yantian District, Shenzhen, as an example, the paper elaborates how public libraries in towns and streets proactively explore cultural resources, institutional resources, human resources, natural resources, and various other community resources to build benign relations with the community and to set up mutually beneficial cooperation to overcome their own shortage of financial and personnel resources.
